Account Assistant
This is a great opportunity to kick start your career and grow with a progressive, forward thinking company! We are currently seeking a well-organised, pro-active and hard working individual to join our busy accounts team. You will be introduced to all areas of accounting practices and learn everything from matching, batching and coding of invoices, reconciliations, through to sales reporting and other general accounting duties.
The key responsibilities for this position will include:
- Accounts payable: processing data entry, purchase orders, and invoices
- Accounts receivable: preparing invoices, credit notes, and maintaining client details
- Payroll and personnel timesheet management, leave processing, maintaining employee details
Essential characteristics include initiative, willingness to learn, a high attention to detail, strong time management, good teamwork, and good communications skills. Necessary skills include Microsoft Excel and Word, however you will be trained in the use of the accounting packages relevant to the role.
Salary and Benefits: RM1,300 to RM1,500 depending on qualification and experience.

Business Development Executive
With our company’s expansion, we are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive the future growth of the business through:
- Leading sales at both the strategic and practical level
- Attracting and building client base for a new and exciting division of the company
- Working closely with the management in formulating sales and marketing strategies
Essential qualities to be successful in this role include:
- 2 years working experience in customer support and marketing in Mobile Communication/IT-related fields
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Sound communication/negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and close sales
- Entrepreneurial spirit and results focus
- Proven track record of achievement in a similar role
- Existing contacts in the corporate community will be helpful
- Willingness to travel outstation
Salary and Benefits: RM2,500 to RM3,000 depending on qualification and experience.

Marketing Executive
Due to continued business improvement and growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, highly motivated and professional individual to join our organisation. With previous experience in the mobile communications/IT-related field, you will primarily be responsible for:
- Developing strategic marketing and promotions plans
- Assisting promotional campaigns
- Influencing, guiding and supporting operating divisions marketing efforts
- Communicating with clients nationally
Your well-developed interpersonal skills teamed with your sound written and verbal communication ability will be beneficial in building effective business relationships both internally and externally. You will also be a team player who has the ability to use initiative, build strong relationships and work under pressure.
To be successful for this position, Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Computer Science are desirable, as are strong administration skills and computer literacy. A minimum of 2 years experience in related fields and a willingness to travel outstation will be ideal.
Salary and Benefits: RM1,800 to RM2,000 (plus allowance, benefits, and commissions) depending on qualification and experience.

Sales Executive & Technician (2 positions)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literate.
- Mature, independent, organised and self-motivated.
- Possess own transport.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KUALA LUMPUR.
- Preferably senior executives specializing in Sales-Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
